Refund Policy

Overview

Weeklog Pro is a monthly subscription billed via Stripe. We want you to be satisfied — if something isn’t working, email us first and we’ll do our best to fix it.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription.
  • After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges are made after cancellation.

Refunds

  • Within 7 days of first charge — if you subscribed and the service did not work as expected, contact us within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
  • After 7 days — refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. You can cancel to stop future charges.
  • Technical issues — if a bug or outage prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of your billing period, contact us and we will evaluate a prorated refund.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@weeklog.app with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.

Non-refundable situations

  • You forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • You did not use the service during the billing period.
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
